The wine
A rarity in the wine world, this sparkling wine obtained from the vinification of Prosecco grapes, produced in the limited hilly area of Valdobbiadene (104 total hectares) called Cartizze. Cartizze Foss Marai has an intense perfume of wisteria flowers, with hints of rose. Pale straw yellow color, the taste is proposed, rich and varied, not cloying, with good flavor and persistence. Excellent both as an aperitif and throughout the meal, however, always up to any occasion.

Serve between 6ºC and 8ºC
