The wine
Selection from old Sauvignon vines, fermentation with the skins for about 10-12 days and aged in cask for at least 30 months. The aromatic Sauvignon blunted by tannins and light oxidation, for a fragrant, full-bodied and balanced wine.
Drinking and storing
Serve between 8ºC and 10ºC
