The wine
This Gewürztraminer shows an intense golden yellow color with a deep bouquet of complex aromas such as lychee, orange peel, cloves, nutmeg and rose. The wine must rest for a few moments in the glass to express itself at its best. On the palate it is full and stimulating thanks to its structure, freshness and liveliness, with a slightly bitter and very persistent final note. The wine goes perfectly with liver pate, grilled white meats, shellfish as well as numerous Asian dishes.
