The Casa delle Colonne Zero of the Berlucchi brothers is an extremely elegant and creamy sparkling wine, it is a Franciacorta that denotes a certain importance, produced from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes and left to refine for 60 months on the lees. The name derives from the villa where the Berlucchi brothers live.
At sight it has an intense straw yellow color, with a fine and persistent perlage; notes of exotic fruit alternate with aromas of candied citrus fruits, mineral traces and hints of custard, which create a pleasant, complex and varied aromatic bouquet. The sensation in the mouth is elegant and caressing; the sip is creamy, enlivened by minerality and freshness. Ideal paired with fish dishes.
