The wine
Balì is a white wine produced from Chardonnay and Sauvignon grapes by the Lombard company Fratelli Trevisani, which is located near Lake Garda in the province of Brescia. Upon visual examination this white has an intense straw yellow color; the aromatic bouquet is broad, rich but at the same time delicate, composed of hints of white-fleshed fruit, tropical fruit such as banana and pineapple and tertiary hints of flint and anise. The sip is pleasant, fresh and well balanced. Perfect with fish first and second courses, especially with grilled meats. Doesn't look bad with delicate white meat dishes.
