The wine
It is immediately distinguished by a deep and brilliant straw yellow color, with golden reflections. The bouquet amazes for how its aromatic complexity is expressed with such persuasiveness; the opening is typical of the Mediterranean scrub…. thyme, rosemary, helichrysum. The fruit comes in later with notes reminiscent of exotic fruit and ripe fruit. Closes with a delicate citrus sensation, mixed with broom flower. The entry into the mouth is savory and delicately fresh. Its maritime character is extremely intense and enveloping. The finish is long and persistent.
