The wine
Albe is a Barolo that stands out for its precision, balance and drinkability. According to tradition, Albe was born from an assembly of grapes from different vineyards and lies 36 months in large Slavonian oak barrels. Intriguing garnet to the eye, on nose it recalls ripe flowers and fruits, from cherry to blueberry, from bitter citrus to black cherry, with hints of spice, aromatic woods, medicinal herbs, absinthe. Savory sip, with agile and integrated tannins. A Barolo with which you can talk from an early age, with good softness and long persistence.

The winery
G. D. Vajra
Aldo and Milena Vajra have managed, over the years, to build an important and well-known winery, founded and supported by a single element: passion. Immersed in the Barolo territory, in the small hamlet of Vergne, production is not focused stubbornly only on Barolo, but embraces all the wines of the tradition: Nebbiolo, Dolcetto, Barbera. Passionate and meticulous winemakers, but above all people who discreetly conduct their job as wine producers, the Vajras are constantly...
