The wine
GD Vajra Dolcetto Coste & Fossati is an elegant and quality red, fiercely territorial. With a winking color, ruby red with bright purple hues, the nose expresses a symphony of fruits, black cherry in particular, combined with floral memories and enveloping notes of licorice and menthol. In the mouth it gives softness, fleshiness, good balance between alcohol and tannins and remarkable persistence. Balanced and complex wine suitable to accompany important first courses and red meats.
