The wine
The Dragon as a symbol of courage. At sight it has a bright straw yellow color; it is enriched with floral, fruity and summer meadows with more mineral aromas towards the end. Dry, warm, soft and savory on the palate, with a pungent and balanced freshness. These are the premises of a white wine from the Langhe Bianco. Excellent in combination with fish dishes.
