The wine
This Langhe wine reflects the pioneering soul of the Vajra winery. Riesling Petracine shows a straw yellow color in the glass; the nose is complex and inviting, expresses citrus aromas and tropical notes of mango and ginger, hints of jasmine and lavender, siliceous undertones that complete the bouquet. The palate is fine and delicately citrusy. Touches of elderflower and lightly candied orange peel are gentle and persistent, with a mineral and savory component that promises to evolve beautifully. Excellent in combination with fish dishes and fresh cheeses.
