Barolo di Gabutti-Boasso is a complex and aromatic wine, produced from pure Nebbiolo grapes. The color is not too dark ruby red with garnet hints. The scent is clearly classic with references to vegetable tar, spicy spices and a fruit that is almost made of black cherry in alcohol; at the end there is a very slight hint of very delicate rose and violet. Even in the mouth the notes of a dull fireplace arrive, of ash that lead to a sweet and syrupy taste of raspberry and cherry. the tannin is dense and mature characterized by the vitality and exuberance that this land gives it. They are tannins that lead to an evolution of aromas, which guarantee their very long maintenance over time. Excellent with second courses of meat, game and aged cheeses.
