The wine
Made from century-old vines grown on clay-ferrous soils at an altitude of 600 metres above sea level. One of the few ice wines in Spain, obtained by harvesting the grapes at the end of December at sub-zero temperatures. An extraordinary concentration of sugars that results in a subtle and complex wine, with aromas of dried fruit and aromatic herbs.
