The wine
Vermentino in purity, about 20% is left on the skins to macerate for about 24 hours. It ferments slowly at a controlled temperature on indigenous yeasts and ages for 6 months on the fine lees. It only touches steel, which gives it expressive straightness, a clear structure and Mediterranean typicality. A Vermentino that can challenge time, complex, multifaceted, with great flavor and extraordinarily intriguing and balanced aromas.
