The wine
Gianni Doglia's Barbera d'Asti Bosco Donne is a rich and enveloping wine for daily consumption. At sight it has a ruby red color with violet reflections; fruity notes of blackberry and cherry alternate with more floral hints of rose and peony, composing a sumptuous aromatic bouquet. The sip is enveloping, warm and round. Good persistence and excellent harmony. It accompanies with sincere ease almost all dishes of Piedmontese cuisine: in particular meat beaten with a knife, agnolotti del plin with roast sauce, braised with barbera.

Serve between 16ºC and 18ºC
