The wine
Bonarda Frizzante La Gallina is a typical wine of the Oltrepò Pavese area; at sight it has a light ruby red color. The nose is fine and delicate, characterized by fruity scents of black currant and delicate spicy notes; the sip is very balanced, velvety, with good structure and persistence. Excellent when paired with meats, especially feathered game.
