The wine
The Frizzante Pinot Nero from Oltrepò Pavese has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose is fragrant and delicate with fruity hints of golden apple and white pulp peach. The sip is elegant, round, soft and balanced, consistent with the nose, medium-bodied, smooth and persistent. Perfect as an aperitif, it is excellent with savory pies and delicate dishes.
