The wine
Pumgranin means pomegranate in the Pavese dialect, in this case it is the name of a rosé wine obtained from Pinot Nero grapes and produced in the Oltrepò Pavese, part of the line created by Gerry Scotti for the Giorgi company. Upon visual examination it shows a beautiful bright pink color; to the nose it expresses freshness and fragrance with inviting floral and golden apple notes. The sip is soft and juicy, inviting and flowing. Excellent to accompany fish recipes and aperitifs.
