The wine
Girolamo Russo 'A Rina is a fresh and mineral red wine. It presents itself at the sight of a seductive deep ruby color. The sense of smell reveals elegant hints of cherry and plums, with a finish of leather and tobacco. On the palate it shows remarkable complexity, good structure and soft tannins on the finish. Excellent with pasta and risotto with meat sauce, mushroom risotto, grilled meat and aged cheeses.
