The wine
Gravner Ribolla Anfora is a white unattainable for energy, complexity and charm. Bright yellow-orange in color, on the nose it expresses an olfactory profile rich in notes of aromatic herbs, beeswax, apricot and peach jam, oregano, rosemary, sage and sea water open to a full and material taste. Very long, characterized by a slightly hinted tannic texture and of great elegance, it closes with a finish of endless purity. Throughout the meal, it is enhanced with all those preparations that recall the earth and its ingredients. Perfect with first courses based on truffles and mushrooms.

Serve between 10ºC and 12ºC
