The wine
Grosjean's Cornalin Vigne Rovettaz is a wine characterized by a marked vitality, and the grape that gives it its name is a native with excellent longevity characteristics. It presents itself to the eye with an intense ruby red color and a fine and wide aroma that recalls the spices and aromatic essence of tobacco. Soft and full on the palate, pleasantly tannic, persistent and with a very low acidity. Ideal with meats, excellent with typical local soups, it also goes well with some Aosta Valley cheeses, such as Fontina DOP.
