The wine
Habla del Silencio sits on the lowest rung in the Habla range, a wine that’s very generous and fresh and, when tasted blind, brings to mind aromas of rosé Champagne: pretty impressive! A winewith so many merits, easy to drink and a very good choice for getting to know the wines of Extremadura and this winery.
What does this wine taste like?
Its deep and intense blackberry-purple colour leads us into a display of delightful, appealing and bold aromas of nutmeg, graphite, blackcurrants, cassis (very well-defined aromas found in Champagne rosés), and on swirling the glass, elegant whiffs of fungi, cream and pastries come through.
