The wine
Hacienda Zorita 2021 is an elegant and structured red wine, made in the heart of the Duero Valley by the historic Hacienda Zorita winery, part of The Haciendas Company group. This vintage combines tradition and modernity with a careful selection of Tempranillo grapes from vineyards located in a privileged natural environment. Aged for several months in French and American oak barrels, it offers intense aromas of ripe red fruits, spicy notes and a subtle toasted background. On the palate it is round, with polished tannins and a long and harmonious finish, ideal for pairing with meats, aged cheeses and traditional Castilian dishes.
