Among the most historical and most successful Malvasia of Salina, coming from vineyards located in various corners of the island, that of Hauner is a full and rich passito, which from the racks to the aging, which takes place exclusively in steel, receives maniacal care and punctilious. Golden straw yellow, the nose is a riot of acacia honey, yellow flowers, dried figs, citrus peel, candied cedar, flint. Sweet, enveloping, but at the same time taut and therefore balanced, in the mouth it is also firmly sapid and mineral, typically volcanic and with a long and rich persistence, with an interesting almond legacy.
