Wine critics reviewsReviews by Parker and Jancis Robinson

The white blend 2020 Huracán Daniela is a characterful mix of 70% Garnacha Blanca with Viura, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc fermented and aged with lees in a 3,500-liter tinaja (clay amphorae) for six months. It has moderate alcohol (12.5%) and contained ripeness, very good freshness and fine, clean and defined aromas with a soft and tender palate, fruit-driven with white flower aromas and a long, dry and vibrant finish. 4,500 bottles produced. It was bottled in June 2021.

It is quite evident that the lees are protecting this wine. Clean and pure flavours with an opulent texture. This a Garnacha with volume and energy. It looks that the amphorae have been soaked with wine and don’t impart any clay flavours. Herbal hint on the back palate.
