The wine
Wine with an intense straw yellow color, it has a persistent foam and a very fine perlage, the result of the medium-long martinotti method (eight months on the lees). Intense scent of fruity, citrus and floral fragrances on the nose; the dry, decisive and balanced taste. It should be served at a temperature of 6 ° C, combined with any meal it goes well with seafood, raw shellfish, fried food and buffalo mozzarella.
