Ruby red with light violet highlights in the glass. Bouquet rich in red and black fruit, such as blackberries, black cherries and sour cherries, then embellished with light spicy nuances and memories of dried flowers. Fresh gustatory impact and well present in the tannic texture, but still balanced overall. Good persistence. Excellent throughout the meal with dishes from the land cuisine.
