The wine
The Gutturnio Frizzante of the company Il Negrese is a sparkling red wine that knows how to reflect the typicality of the territory that produces it; excellent to be enjoyed throughout the meal. At the sight it has a ruby red color with light garnet hues; fruity notes of plum and red fruits and jam, make up a classic and characteristic nose. The taste is sweet, enveloping and pleasant. Excellent persistence on the palate. Ideal to be consumed with first dishes of the Emilian cuisine.
