The wine
In·Vita Blanco 2023 is a fresh and expressive wine from the Alella D.O., made from a blend of 60% Pansa Blanca and 40% Sauvignon Blanc. From Mediterranean vineyards influenced by the Montseny mountain range, it stands out for its straw yellow colour with golden reflections and an elegant nose with aromas of white flowers, stone fruits, tropical notes such as mango and papaya, and a subtle saline touch. On the palate it is fresh, balanced and persistent, ideal for pairing with seafood, fish, rice dishes and Mediterranean cuisine. With 12.5% alcohol content, it is recommended to serve between 8 and 10°C to fully enjoy its vibrant character and aromatic complexity.
