The wine
From vines in their twenties on Monte Foscarino, in Monteforte d'Alpone and Soave, at an altitude of 150 m above sea level, Vulcaia Fumè undergoes a light maceration and stops in decidedly toasted barriques, on its lees, for seven months. The result is a golden golden dress, with a nose with vegetable scents surrounded by a set of ripe fruit, coffee, spices and vanilla. Soft and buttery, even in the mouth it is honey and chocolatey, with great persistence and territorial persuasion.

Active from 1967, Stefano Inama's winery is enjoying great success and is currently among the most popular Soave wineries. It has a beautiful terrace vineyard on Monte Foscarino, one of the denomination's most significant crus. It also works well in the Berici Hills.
