The wine
Opens fresh, mineral, deep, with aromas of wild flowers (elderberry, iris, chamomile). On the palate it is rich, complex and multidimensional with an almond aftertaste. Over time, these notes turn into even more complex aromas of pollen, dried flowers. An excellent pairing with delicate risotto, veal with tuna sauce, and seafood dishes.

Inama
Active from 1967, Stefano Inama's winery is enjoying great success and is currently among the most popular Soave wineries. It has a beautiful terrace vineyard on Monte Foscarino, one of the denomination's most significant crus. It also works well in the Berici Hills.
