The wine
Incognito H comes from the young vines of the Paul Jaboulet Aîné estate on the plots of Hermitage La Chapelle and Petite Chapelle. Classified as a simple Côtes du Rhône, this superb Incognito H cuvée is intense and of great depth.
With a very dark garnet color, its complex nose conceals a nice depth marked by fine pepper, notes of cedar and mocha. With a nice freshness. The palate is silky, with a lot of sap, on black fruit and spices. A pleasant length ending with melted tannins.
