The wine
The harvest has been carried out at the moment of optimum phenolic maturity. It has been macerated in cold for 3 to 4 days and the fermentative maceration has been carried out for 21 days. The fermentation has been carried out at 25ºC with open pumping and délestage (seed elimination).
Produced in sandy soils and calcareous clay with superficial stone. The vineyards are located on the sunny slopes of the mountains, 400 m above sea level. The vines are 17 years old.
A powerful wine while elegant and fresh, with a deep Mediterranean character.
