The wine
Kevin Dundon is a famous Irish chef and author. He appears regularly on Irish, British and American television. Dundon is known in Ireland as the gastronomic ambassador for the biggest food chain: Super Valu. Attached to its terroirs and the quality of its ingredients, Kevin Dundon has selected exceptional wines from our vineyard. All the vintages come from plots carefully selected for the quality of the terroir and the age of the vines. The result is a superb quality wine reflecting the origins of the climate and soil of southern France.
