Köfererhof Pinot Grigio

Köfererhof's Pinot Grigio is an extremely elegant wine with great structure to be a white wine and above all a Pinot Grigio. At sight it has a bright straw yellow color; the nose expresses hints of tropical fruit and delicate floral notes. The sip is fresh and characterized by a marked acidity and flavor. This South Tyrolean white wine is perfect for grilled fish, appetizers, white meat or boiled fish dishes accompanied by hollandaise sauce and other sauces and shellfish.
