Kumeu River Maté's Vineyard Chardonnay

Harvested by hand to maintain the standard established for this wine, they come from vineyards over 28 years old. Once in the winery, the grapes are pressed, preserving the clusters, and the juice obtained is then fermented with natural yeasts and subsequently undergoes malolactic fermentation. The wine finishes with 11 months of ageing in barrels. Concentrated aromatic intensity, lime, citrus, hazelnuts, bran, tropical fruits, peach, mango, pineapple and grapefruit, with smoky oak. Supple texture, good acidity, crisp, complex on the palate, a briny flavour and lingering finish.
