The wine
Unfiltered and without sulphites, that of the Archetype is a straw yellow and character. Floral on the nose, it does not lack notes of green apple and pineapple, on a saline and honeyed texture that reveals its natural character. Lively, agile and medium-bodied mouth, it reveals excellent freshness and beautiful flavor.
