The wine
Characterized by floral and fruity notes: acacia flowers, pears, golden apple, citrus fruits, pineapple, musk and sage. With aging it develops hints of honey and candied fruit. It goes well with dry pastries, fruit pies, but does not disdain to accompany fresh salami and fermented cheeses.
