Angiolino Maule Recioto di Gambellara Riserva

The Recioto of Gambellara wears an amber and brilliant color; the nose expresses notes and aromas of ripe fruit, candied fruit, hazelnut and ginger, complex and elegant. The sip is round but characterized by a balanced structure given by acidity as opposed to sweetness. Very long and persistent finishes with mineral and fruity references. Excellent to combine with blue and very mature cheeses, dry and fresh pastries.
