The wine
Guardiense Janare del Sannio is a soft and enveloping Aglianico. At sight it has an intense ruby red color with violet reflections. Hints of ripe fruit and hints of vanilla make up a fruity and full-bodied aromatic bouquet. The sip opens in the mouth soft, velvety, warm and fruity, with silky tannins. At the table it goes well with roast meat, pasta with meat sauce, salami, mushroom risotto and aged cheese.
