La Guardiense Janare Sannio Rosso Riserva

The Rosso Riserva of La Guardiense is obtained from Sangiovese and Aglianico grapes; it shows a deep and dark red color, intense aroma with sweet and vanilla sensations that blend with spicy notes. On the palate the impressive tannic structure is particularly soft and silky. Ideal paired with pasta with meat sauces, legume soups. Excellent on pork loin, roasted red meats, stuffed fianchetto, roast lamb, Neapolitan-style tripe, hard and semi-hard cheeses and cured meats.
