The wine
Intense and deep ruby red, the nose releases floral hints of violet and blackberry fruit, with a pleasantly earthy and undergrowth subtext. At the sip it is beautifully sapid, with a fruit that is embroidered perfectly on the freshness. Long, with echoes of tobacco, cocoa, licorice. It goes perfectly with game, roast and braised dishes.
