La Ponca Collio Friulano

At sight it has an intense, limpid and consistent straw yellow color. On the nose hints of medicinal plants, linden, aromatic herb, acacia flowers, elegant notes of peach and pear. On the palate it is dry, warm, savory, soft, with hints of exotic fruit and bitter almond that persist in the finish. It goes well with the classic dishes of traditional Friulian and Carnic cuisine in particular. Baked sea bream, tuna tartare, fish soups, jota, San Daniele ham and cheeses.
