La Ponca Collio Malvasia

At sight it has a straw yellow color with green and golden reflections. On the nose hints of yellow peach, exotic fruit, papaya and pineapple, white flowers, magnolia and white pepper. On the palate yellow peach and almond, mineral notes of wet stone, sage. Very persistent. Excellent in combination with all fish dishes. to try also with soups and risotto.
