La Ponca Collio Sauvignon

Straw yellow color with greenish reflections, limpid. Hints of boxwood on the nose accompanied by elegant floral and fruity notes, nettle, peppermint white peach. On the palate it is sapid and soft. Remember tomato leaf, dried fruit. It goes well with asparagus and eggs, San Daniele ham, asparagus crepes, spinach omelette, grilled fish, aromatic herb risotto.
