La Raia Gavi

At sight it has a straw yellow color with slightly greenish reflections. the aromatic profile is composed of mineral hints of particular finesse, expressing aromas of fruit and white flowers. In the mouth it is alive, balanced, with fresh acidity which amplifies its persistence and promotes drinkability, with a slightly almondy finish. It is excellent as an aperitif, it goes well with appetizers and first courses with fish or vegetable ragout. It is also ideal with second courses based on fish, white meats, with fresh and short-aged cheeses.
