The wine
Dedicated to the general Savoy Valentino Sartore, who lived in Gavi, it is a typical light and delicate Cortese, with a pale straw color and a fragrant nose with pleasantly fresh notes of wildflowers. In the mouth it is medium bodied, delicate, fresh and persistent.
