La Scolca Solui

Solui is a white wine created with Sauvignon grapes and a blend of Piedmontese white grapes from the La Scolca winery. A unique wine, that stands out, but in the style of its excellent Gavis, La Scolca's core business for 100 years. A daring wine, that represents a great exception, to communicate once again the futuristic vision of the brand, which embraces with positivity without ever stopping even in the most difficult times great changes in the world and brings them into the world of wine, without compromise and without fear. 

This wine is obtained through traditional white vinification with pre-fermentative cryomaceration, alcohol fermentation in thermo-controlled steel tanks followed by a period of maturation in contact with the yeasts.
