The wine
The Domus Giulii is a new company project of experimentation on grapes from an ancient vineyard located close to the remains of the villa di cesare, located on the highest part of the Phlegrean hill. At sight it has a golden yellow color, not too full, persuasive nose in the references to dried fig and date, but still a vegetable verve very present in the accents of ripe hay and Mediterranean flowers dried in the sun. On the palate it is not cloying, nor too fat and heavy, with a pronounced freshness. An excellent meditation glass or to be enjoyed with blue cheeses.
