The wine
The Spinetta Barbaresco Bordini is an elegant red of fine minerality. At sight it has an intense garnet red color. The bouquet is distinctly floral, with notes of rose and violet, but also hints of mint and fruit, in particular raspberry and blueberry. On the palate it appears soft and enveloping, with a strong minerality that pleasantly blends with the tannins. Well balanced. Ideal accompaniment for red meats, grilled meats and game.

Serve between 16ºC and 18ºC
