The wine
Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo DOC is a rosé wine and is so named for its characteristic hint of cherry, it constitutes an authentic symbol of the company and the territory in which it stands. At sight it shows a cherry peel color, with violet reflections. The aromatic profile expresses pleasant hints of cherry, pomegranate and rose; it is fresh and persistent on the palate, marked notes of very fragrant ripe red fruits that give strength and vigor. It goes well with any meal, to try with cheeses.
